Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your order, you are able to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item for a refund of the product amount only, so long as the item is unused and in a saleable condition. Item/s must be returned in their original packaging. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note: If your item has been used it will not be eligible for a refund. To process a change of mind request, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org .

Returns Due to Non-Delivery
For orders returned due to non-delivery, we will refund the customer for the cost of the products purchased, minus the cost to ship the order out. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the order. Please note: When refunding non-delivery orders, the shipping cost is defined as the actual amount paid by us to the shipping carrier, rather than the flat-rate fee charged to our customers for shipping.
We do not cover the cost of returns or exchanges. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Returns will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the order back at our warehouse
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they will need to follow the 'Change of Mind' return instructions.
Konsilee is not liable for returns lost in transit, therefore, it is highly recommended that you send your parcel back via trackable mail.
