Returns Policy

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your order, you are able to initiate a return within 7 days of the item being delivered for a refund or store credit of the product amount only, so long as the item is unused and in a saleable condition. Item/s must be returned in their original packaging. Any shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that all change of mind returns have a 15% administration fee applied.

Please note: Beauty products, such as body or facial scrubbers, are not eligible for return under our change of mind policy, due to hygiene reasons. These items are considered final sale. 

Important Information: Please be aware that to be eligible for a change of mind return, all items must be in an unused, sellable condition and in their original product box. If items are returned and have signs of use or damage, such as the back plastic film being removed/reapplied or any damage to the products, a refund of the order will be declined and it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay return shipping back to themselves should they wish to keep the items. We do not accept our items being returned in mailing bags, as this causes damage to our products in transit. Items must be returned in a cardboard mailing box. 

To initiate a request for a change of mind return, kindly get in touch with our customer care team via email at info@konsilee.com . Please note that returns must be approved via email before sending back the items, as we do not accept returns that have not been authorised in advance. 

 

Faulty Items
If you are not satisfied with your item/s or believe that they are faulty, please email our customer care team your orders details, within 14 days of delivery, at info@konsilee.com. Faulty items must be returned back to our warehouse for evaluation before we can proceed with issuing a replacement or refund. Upon confirmation of a defect, we'll either replace the product or refund its purchase price to your original payment method, as necessary. Please note that we may not consider it a defect if, in our reasonable assessment, a product's quality has deteriorated to an unacceptable level due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, abnormal usage, or lack of reasonable care.


Returns Due to Non-Delivery / Return To Sender
For orders returned due to non-delivery or return-to-sender, we will refund the customer for the cost of the products purchased, minus the actual shipping cost incurred to send the order. A 15% administration fee and return shipping costs charged by Australia Post will also be deducted. The refund will be processed using the original payment method provided at the time of purchase.

Please note: The shipping cost deducted from the refund reflects the actual amount paid by us to the shipping carrier, not the flat-rate shipping fee charged to our customers.

Please note: When refunding non-delivery orders, the shipping cost is defined as the actual amount paid by us to the shipping carrier, rather than the flat-rate fee charged to our customers for shipping.

Terms
We do not cover the cost of returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Returns will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the order back at our warehouse

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they will need to follow the 'Change of Mind' return instructions. 

Konsilee is not liable for returns lost in transit, therefore, it is highly recommended that you send your parcel back via trackable mail.
