INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND OTHER FEES
If you place an order for delivery outside of Australia, you may be required to pay some additional charges, such as import duties, taxes, customs and other fees associated with the purchase and delivery of our products. These fees can vary from country to country, and as such, are NOT included in the pricing of our products or the shipping cost (excl. USA for orders placed after 28-Aug-25). All duties, taxes, customs fees, and other associated charges are the recipient's responsibility to pay, prior to the delivery of their order.
Unfortunately, we have no control or influence over any aspects of the duties or import fees that may be applicable to you and are unable to advise you if these fees may be applicable to your area. USA TARIFF CHARGES
For orders placed after 28-Aug-25, a tariff (duties) fee will be applied at checkout. For orders placed prior to this date, the tariff fee is the responsibility of the customer. This fee can range from 44% to 58%, depending on the contents of the order
REJECTED OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS (INTERNATIONAL)
If you choose to reject or refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason, or if your parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, a $40.00 AUD return fee will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is received back.
