Does your facial cleansing brush come with warranty?
Our facial cleansing brush includes a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
How many hours does the cleansing brush operate for?
Our facial cleansing brushes have a continuous operating time of 60 minutes. We recommend using the brush for up to 90 seconds per day, allowing one full charge to last up to 40 days!
How do I charge the cleansing brush?
To charge your facial cleansing brush, use the supplied USB cable and product charging cradle. Connect the USB cable to a power source and place the cleansing brush in its cradle. The light on the brush will illuminate on and off slowly while charging. Once fully charged, the light will remain steadily illuminated. Ensure the unit is completely dry before charging and do not leave unattended whilst on charge.
Are there any products I cannot use with this product?
Please ensure to wash all cleansing products off the brush once you finish cleansing your face and allow the brush to dry completely between uses.
Do not use any silicone dissolving agents, exfoliating pastes, or sanding pastes with this brush.
